Janey
Lee Grace has agreed to be our new NALC Patron.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Janey into
this fun organisation and we hope that you will enjoy the fun and
friendship that circle brings you in the future.
In brief, Janey is a presenter on the UK’s most listened
to radio station BBC Radio 2 (currently with her own Saturday show
and co-hosting Steve Wright in the afternoon.)
And, most recently launched her first book 'Imperfectly Natural
Woman - getting life right the natural way'.

She
has appeared on TV and radio offering expert knowledge and experience
of all things holistic from organic food and clothing to chemical
free cleaning and natural birth and parenting - all with emphasis
on being 'real' and imperfect!
Janey as a singer has toured the world with George Michael and
Wham! and many other artists, she had her own top ten hit record
with Cola Boy in 1991 and her 2nd album ‘Lulu-land’ is
out in March 2006 on Realvision Records.
Janey lives in Hertfordshire, is married to composer Simon, and
is a mother of 4 children under 8.
Along with her expertise in holistic and green living she is passionate
about natural pregnancy and birth, attachment parenting and home
education.
Janey is patron of the ABM
Association of breastfeeding mothers
and is a supporter of the National
Childbirth Trust and several
other charities.
