In the year when Ladies Circle International celebrated 50 years Maidenhead Ladies Circle did so too. Current Chairman Rebecca Pearmund welcomed National President Niki, Area 13 Chairman Fiona Baskett and 52 past & present members of Circle, including 24 former Maidenhead Circle Chairmen to Fredericks Hotel Maidenhead. The Nordic Hat winner for 2009, Area 13 Treasurer Julie Roberts, broke the ice by sharing her Peach Schnapps with everyone. The sun shone, the wine flowed and the laughter rang out around the room as the old photos albums reminded people of the fun times they had shared in recent, or in some cases, not so recent years. |
